Frequently Asked Questions

Booking and payment

What payment methods can I use to pay for the rental?

By bank card. We accept cards issued by banks of any country in the world — both debit and credit:

  • Visa;
  • Mastercard and Maestro;
  • American Express;
  • UnionPay (cards issued by Chinese banks).

We accept cards from Kazakhstani banks — Kaspi, Halyk, Freedom and others — without any restrictions.

Other payment methods:

  • payment by QR code;
  • in cash;
  • by invoice.
I am a foreigner. Will I be able to pay with my card?

Yes. A card issued in any country will work — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or UnionPay. The payment is processed in tenge, and your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate.

Tip: before your trip, let your bank know that you will be making payments in Kazakhstan. Otherwise, your bank may block the transaction as suspicious — this is a standard security measure, but it can delay your car pickup.

If for any reason your card does not go through, you can always pay in cash.

Do you work with companies?

Yes, we work with legal entities and provide a full set of documents:

  • rental agreement;
  • electronic certificate of completed works (EAVR);
  • electronic VAT invoice (ESF).

Payment is accepted by bank transfer to our bank account. We work both with VAT and without VAT — depending on what your accounting department needs.

We are a foreign company. How do we arrange payment?

For foreign companies, we issue an invoice and accept payment to our bank account in US dollars, euros or Chinese yuan.

Send your company details and rental period to our manager — they will prepare an invoice and a rental agreement.

What documents are required for rental?

To rent a car you will need: a valid driver's license, a passport or national ID, and the deposit.

What deposit is required?

The deposit depends on the car class; the minimum is 20,000 ₸. Your manager will tell you the exact amount for a specific car.

The deposit is not a rental fee — it is a refundable amount that we hold for the duration of the rental and return after you hand the car back. Its size is set to cover a full tank of fuel and a car wash in case the car comes back empty and dirty.

There is only one payment: you pay this amount when booking as a prepayment, and when you pick up the car it becomes the deposit. No separate deposit is charged at pickup.

When is the deposit returned?

If you return the car clean and with a full tank, the deposit is refunded immediately when we take the car back, or the next day.

If the tank is not full or the car is dirty, we will refuel and wash it ourselves, deduct that amount from the deposit and refund you the rest.

What is included in the rental price?

The price includes: MTPL insurance, maintenance, seasonal tires and 24/7 support. Fuel, car wash and paid parking are paid separately.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). Days are not split into hours: if you need the car for a day and a half, you pay for two days.

How fast can I get the car?

Usually quickly — as soon as you have made the prepayment and provided all the required documents and details. However, a specific car may be out on rent at that moment, so always confirm the date and time with your manager.

How do I book a car, and what happens if I cancel?

The booking is secured only after the prepayment. It equals the deposit for the chosen car — when you pick up the car, it turns into the refundable deposit. Until then, the car remains available to other clients.

If you cancel your booking — for any reason — the prepayment is not refunded: we kept the car free for you and turned other customers away. However, you can move the booking to another date once and keep the full amount — just let your manager know in advance.

Rental Terms

In what condition is the car handed over and returned?

We hand the car over clean and with a full tank. Please return it the same way — clean and with a full tank. This is easier and cheaper for you: refueling at any gas station and a car wash will cost you less than if we do it for you.

Can I add a second driver?

Yes, free of charge. The second driver must meet the same requirements as the main driver: age and driving experience. Please check the requirements with your manager.

Only a driver listed in the rental agreement may drive the car. If anyone else drives it, the insurance does not apply, and in case of an accident all damage falls on the renter.

Is there a mileage limit?

Yes. Within the city — 200 km per day. That is more than enough for normal city driving.

If you drive more, every extra kilometer is charged separately. The rate depends on the car class and is shown on each car's page on the website. The minimum rate is 50 ₸ per kilometer.

Can I drive outside the city?

You can drive outside the city within a 50 km radius at no extra charge — as long as you stay within the daily mileage limit of 200 km.

A trip to another city is paid extra — a one-time fee per trip. Essentially it covers the extra mileage: the daily rate includes 200 km, while a round trip to Borovoe, for example, is about 550–600 km in a single day.

The amount depends on the distance and the car class:

  • Borovoe, Karaganda, Stepnogorsk — from 15,000 to 30,000 ₸;
  • Kokshetau, Ekibastuz, Atbasar, Zerenda — from 20,000 to 40,000 ₸;
  • Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Bayanaul — from 35,000 to 60,000 ₸;
  • Kostanay, Balkhash, Semey — from 60,000 to 80,000 ₸;
  • Ust-Kamenogorsk — from 70,000 to 100,000 ₸.

The website calculates the exact amount for each car — pick the city in the calculator on the car page. Please tell the manager about the trip in advance.

Traveling to another city without prior approval is a breach of the rental agreement.

How much does car delivery cost?

Car delivery and pickup are charged separately from the rental:

  • within the city and to the airport from 08:00 to 21:00 — 5,000 ₸;
  • within the city and to the airport from 21:00 to 08:00 — 10,000 ₸;
  • to other cities — arranged individually, please check with your manager.
Can I rent a car with a driver?

Yes. The driver's services are charged separately from the rental price. Please ask your manager for the price.

Do you provide cars for weddings?

We do not provide wedding event services: motorcades, car decoration and working with a wedding planner are not what we do.

However, you can rent a car for a wedding — with or without a driver. You pay the usual daily rental rate; the driver's services are charged separately.

Fines, breakdowns and insurance

Who pays camera fines?

The fine is paid by whoever was driving at the time of the violation. If during your rental a camera records speeding, illegal parking or any other violation, you pay that fine.

Fines reach us with a delay, sometimes after you have already returned the car. In that case we will contact you and send you a photo of the fine notice so you can check the date, time and place of the violation.

If the fine is not paid, we will have to recover the amount through court — together with the recovery costs. It is simpler and cheaper to pay right away.

What should I do if the car breaks down?

Call our support service right away — it is available around the clock, seven days a week. Do not try to repair the car yourself and do not go to a third-party workshop without our approval.

If the breakdown is due to normal wear and tear (something failed on its own), it is our responsibility. We will replace the car as quickly as possible or find another convenient solution. You pay nothing.

If the breakdown is caused by improper use, the responsibility is yours. For example: filling up with the wrong fuel, driving with the oil pressure warning light on or with an overheated engine, driving off-road, or not stopping when the car was clearly faulty. In such cases the rental is terminated, the car is taken back, and neither the rental payment nor the deposit is refunded. If the repair costs more than the deposit, we have the right to claim the difference, including through court.

Simply put: if it broke on its own, it is our problem; if you broke it, it is yours.

What should I do in case of an accident?

Even if the damage looks minor — a scratch, a bumped bumper — the procedure is always the same:

  1. Do not leave the scene of the accident. This is the most important rule: if you leave, you are automatically considered at fault, the insurance does not apply, and you pay for all the repairs.
  2. Call us — our support service is available around the clock. We will tell you what to do next.
  3. Make the scene safe: turn on the hazard lights, put out the warning triangle, and get people off the road.
  4. Call the road police on 102 and wait for them to document the accident. Without police documents the insurance company will not pay anything.
  5. Collect all the documents you are given at the scene and hand them over to us.

Until you have called us and the police, do not sign anything with the other party and do not make any deals "on the spot".

What is MTPL insurance and what does it cover?

MTPL (compulsory third-party liability insurance) is mandatory and all our cars have it. It is important to understand: it protects other people, not our car. If you cause an accident and damage someone else's car, the insurance company will pay for its repair.

Our own car, however, is not repaired under MTPL, so everything depends on who is at fault in the accident:

  • if the other driver is at fault (for example, you were hit from behind) — you pay nothing: the at-fault driver's insurance handles the repair, and no claims are made against you;
  • if you are at fault — under the agreement you compensate the cost of repairing our car plus the downtime: the days the car spends in repair and cannot be rented out.

If you want to protect yourself from these costs, there is CASCO insurance — see the next question.

What do I get with CASCO insurance?

CASCO (comprehensive) insurance is an optional extra you can pay for when signing the rental agreement. It greatly reduces your risks: if you get into an accident, the insurance company covers the repair of our car — even if the accident was your fault.

However, there are three things CASCO does not cover, and if the accident is your fault they remain your responsibility:

  1. the deductible — a fixed amount that, under the terms of the policy, is always paid by the client;
  2. repairs above the insurance payout — if the repair turns out to cost more than the insurance company paid, you cover the difference;
  3. the car's downtime — the days the car spends in repair: insurance never pays for downtime, under any policy.

If the accident was not your fault, none of these costs pass to you.

When CASCO does not apply at all — the insurance company will refuse to pay, and you cover all the repairs yourself:

  • you were driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  • the car was driven by someone not listed in the rental agreement;
  • you left the scene of the accident or refused a medical examination;
  • you did not call the police and did not have the accident documented;
  • you drove outside the area allowed by the agreement or drove off public roads.

Simply put: CASCO protects you from honest mistakes behind the wheel, but not from breaking the law. Document everything and report incidents as the law requires.
