Partnership Agreement
This agreement defines the terms of cooperation between ICarLife and vehicle owners.
1. Terms of Cooperation
1.1. The owner transfers the vehicle to ICarLife for rental management.
1.2. ICarLife undertakes to provide car rental services, insurance, maintenance, and customer support.
1.3. Rental income is distributed according to the chosen plan.
2. Financial Terms
2.1. The standard company commission is 30% of each rental.
2.2. Payments are made daily to the partner's bank account.
2.3. For long-term cooperation, the commission may be reduced to 25%.
2.4. All fuel, car wash, and paid parking expenses are covered by the renter.
3. Obligations of the Parties
ICarLife undertakes to:
- Provide 24/7 customer support
- Arrange vehicle insurance
- Conduct regular maintenance
- Provide legal support
- Provide complete financial reporting
The Partner undertakes to:
- Provide a roadworthy vehicle
- Pass technical inspections on time
- Notify in advance of scheduled repairs
- Comply with the terms of the agreement
4. Vehicle Requirements
4.1. Vehicle age — no older than 7 years
4.2. Technically sound condition
4.3. Valid insurance policy
4.4. Clean service history
4.5. No significant body damage
Partner FAQ
Income depends on the car class, season, and demand. On average, partners earn from 50,000 to 300,000 ₸ per month per car. Premium cars generate higher income.
We arrange full comprehensive insurance (CASCO) for the car. All risks, including accidents and theft, are covered. In case of an insured event, repairs are paid by the insurance company.
Routine maintenance (oil changes, filters) is covered by the company. Major repairs related to natural wear and tear are discussed individually and may be covered by a joint fund.
Yes, you can take your car back for personal use by notifying a manager in advance. During such periods, the car rental is paused and no income is accrued.
After completing the paperwork and preparing the car, you receive your first income on the day of the first rental. Payments are made daily.
All damage is recorded when the car is handed over. Repairs are paid for by the insurer or by the client (depending on the terms of the insured event). You receive your car back in working condition.
